Rear anti-roll bar

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to replace the rear anti-roll bar drop links and bushes. Can I get underneath on my back and remove these with the car on the ground or will it be under tension? Would like to avoid having to jack the car up if possible as this looks like a quick job.

Also what type of grease should I used on the bar/bushes?

Thanks.
