4.4 LPG KEEPS CUTTING OUT HELP!!!!

Guys need some help got a problem on my mrs 4.4 for some reason its cuts out every now and then, it takes a few trys to get it to restart and there's no telltale sign when its going to cut out.
I have had this happen on both petrol and gas and can't figure out why, I've run a BMW 1.4 scanner through it and it never shows anything that I would think would be the cause for it to cut out.
Was thinking it could be an air leak or bad MAF but when it does start it runs fine even after it has cut out.
Also each time its cut out if I push the black connector back into the pipe shown in the photo it seems to restart does anyone know what this pipe do?

Connects the fuel line from the back with the fuel rail on the engine.

That is a pretty rough and ready looking LPG regulator you got there....

Looks like the fuel pressure drops to zero when that hose pops and the engine decides it is better to quit running.

Must admit it's not the prettiest but it's been on the car for about 8 or so years. How do I go about getting the fuel line fixed, have noticed on the other end that connects to the fuel rail the black connector is not pushed in all the way. Would this stop the car cutting out, getting a bit worried as is getting dangerous to drive as I don't won't to cut out between road junctions.

INLET FUEL HOSE13317514254

Here is the p/n. ABout 47USD, what, maybe GBP30?

Should be relatively easy to fix.

Not sure that is what causes your problem but might be a good place to start. You don't want fuel spraying out just above the LH side exhaust manifold. (What do you call the passenger side in the UK near side...off-side...sorry, too long ago that I lived in the UK)
