where to hook up my wires for new led angel eyes

Hi there guys just had a question, i just bought aftermarket headlights with the led angel eye rings and was wondering where to hook up the postive cable for the ange eyes to come on, would i hook it up to the turn signal wire ( not the one that blinks but the other one that powers up when you turn you swith on the first click in the cab, the running lights? or could i hook it up somewhere else that has power on all the time so they light up everytime the suv is on regardless of the lights being on how do you guys have yours rigged

thanks

Hook it up to the ECU, turn on with key. Do a search on here. I remember a thread with instructions about that awhile back.
