Having problems keeping a bluetooth connect

Anyone? I am having a problem keeping a bluetooth connect in my vehicle where the phone module indicator is not engaged/button lit. No BMW Assist or voice activation when I press the connector button from the steering wheel.

Please note that when I disengage the B side of the battery, and reconnect after 3 mins. - all is restored and working properly. It periodically disengages when I turn off the vehicle and keep talking afterward or leave the cellphone on in the vehicle once the engine is turned off. I hope that this is enough explaination.
