headrest monitor wiring

I found this wiring diagram for headrest monitors but is it a good wire for wiring it up?
http://s44.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=3...K1CUZMI4R1OYWX

Also will the wiring diagram work for any headrest screens or certain ones? On the diagram it shows 1 wire from the headrest but im sure most screens have 2?

last question, what is the proper name for that A/V BOX shown and why do you connect the fm modulator to an antenna?

thanks guys

looks like a good diagram.

fm modulators (of higher quality variety) usually plug in line to the antenna

some TV monitors have multiple source in and out points; that switch box may either be the control box for the monitors or a separate switching system.. most monitors have a data cable that connects the monitor to an interface module that has the inputs and outputs for the monitor..

Thats abit steep.

I quite like the look of these and very cheap aswell.

The only problem with that is that its got one video output on the rear and one AV output on the front of the screen. I wished it had both on the back.

An important thing to consider is whether the monitor comes with a decent 'bracket' to install it in the headrest. This is not always the case.
