door handle question

hi everyone .. i got a quick question . does anyone know if i can put my front inner door handles in the back and vice versa?

For the interior part number 9 is door specific and color specific





Here is info on the outside since I happen to look there as well. Part 10 in the below diagram is shared front to back on the E53 X5 and is color specific. Part 15 is door specific.
