driver side window epic fail

Came of the tracks scratched one side and messed up my tint that i got 2 weeks ago....i wanted to cry ..

...... got the clips and fixed it today replaced all 4 passenger and driver just in case.

Any chance the installation of tint played a part in this failure? I've seen some installers get a little crazy with the squeegee and apply way too much pressure on the glass.
