Door Lock Actuator , years or models interchange?

i was curios if this Door Lock Actuators are they inter changeable ? from other years or different bmw models?

my driver side front when is cold it does not want to come up all the way!

and any place on the net that i can get maybe a cheaper one,i see ebay price way high,hmm,or maybe i did not check it right..
