Angry X5 vs Dear

50 mph at night, two lane country rd. Option A hit dear.
Option B swerve and go into deep dark unknown.
Hit him! 3 pt buck. Die you bad bad dear! He did.
Me no scratch. 2001 4.4 X5 ... Scratched. Still running smooth as
the sweet smell of scortched coolant reached me nose.
Bumper looked intact, hood lights radiator fan etc...
mashed. Will find out soon bout salvage ability.
Damn.

OUch. Forgive my brevity it has been a long day. First time loading pics to a site.

There seem to be a chorus of folk saying it can be fixed,,,,,I have me doubts.
No matter ,,,flying of to a foreign land for a number of months on Tues.
Will tarp it and decide at a later date.

I agree, that does not look very severe. Looks like your fenders and bumper is intact. You might be ok here.
