What are the odds.......belt tensioner bracket bolt snapped off

So, I replaced the waterpump, belts, t-stat, and a few other things about a month ago. Been running great....until now.

I suspect the belt tensioner pulley for the A/C condenser belt seized which for some reason cause the bolt holding the hydraulic pulley assembly bracket to the engine block to shear off even with the block face. The belt fell off and the bracket is hanging from the block with one bolt. Unreal. The belt didn't snap and the pulley itself is spinning free of the bearing but the bearing is toast. Totally locked up.

Moral of the story.....replace everything when you have it apart.
