BlueTooth Pin Stickers missing

So I can't pair my phone with the bluetooth in my car. I am trying to avoid the stealer unless it's free, and I absolutely have no other choice.

I don't have any manuals for my car.

I also checked the blue tooth module in the trunk area. Yes I can see the area where the stickers were supposed to be, but looks like someone removed them. Maybe they were put in the manuals, which are missing.

So is there a way to call someone at BMW to have them pull up the pin for my car?

Is there some software that can read it from my computer? I can't find blue tooth with the GT1.

Thanks in advance.

there should be three stickers....usually 2 are gone. You should be able to get a flashlight in to read the 3rd sticker if you take the black plastic piece off (support for the hatch floor)

3 stickers? I could have sworn there looked like a space for 2 stickers only. OK, going to get into it again tonight.

Do you think I should just pull that thing out and try to find the sticker on the other side? I am pretty sure I looked last time and didn't find anything.

I hope you are right, this is driving me crazy.

search ebay for tcu e53 or telematics e53 (or x5) and you'll see a bunch of examples of how the stickers are. But yes....it's 2 or 3 10mm nuts to get that plastic support off.

Shit, not looking good. I though there would be another sticker somewhere else, and I though it would only be 2 stickers based on what I saw last time. Now I looked at some ebay pics, and I am missing that whole row of stickers. Basically I have empty space where the stickers should have been.

I am going to check again though. Maybe, hopefully I missed something. Thanks for helping.

Here is what my original looks like (going back as a core now). I had to take that piece of plastic off to see the 3rd sticker.

Reckless, I think you might be correct. I really remember seeing only two sticker spaces, so maybe that non-sticker part is still there. I really hope it is. Going to dig into that area today.

Fingers crossed, thanks again for your help.

Reckless, you are the man. You wouldn't know that the 3rd part of that sticker was there without practically taking the whole unit out. So what I had to do, is take out the plastic under the trunk cover, then there was another metal L piece bracket that covered the 3rd sticker. I don't even know what that metal bracket is for. Once removed you can see the last sticker and the PIN.

Thanks again for helping out. I really can't believe I missed it the first time I was there. But like I said, unless you know the 3rd sticker is there, it is almost impossible to see.
