Help. Bought a 2002 X5 4.4L Anything I should know or do to it?

Hey, I just bought a 2002 X5 4.4L with 200,000kms on it. I dint get any maintenance records so I don't know the complete history. Is there anything I should do to it for a piece of mind kind of deal. Anything major to change with that many km's on it? Other than the obvious oil change, air filter. fuel filter.

Any info would be a great help and much appreciated!!

Thanks in advance!
