Headlight Questions

Hello guys, new member here with a new veh. 2003 X5 4.6is. I also currently have an 01 740i Sport as well as a long list of previous BMW's. Anyway,I picked up this 4.6 and decided to change the headlights. Cool, everything done although my right one had some condensation the same day I installed and so I returned it and got another HL the next day. Now with regard to aiming...I know it has a load leveling component which aids in adjusting the headlight levels based on the amount of weight in the car but as of now , when I start the X it seems the left headlight is the only one that does that auto dip adjust while the right one doesnt really move (unless its faster than the right?). Did I forget to plug something in? Also curious, the second Right side headlight I received also fogged up a bit towards the left inner corner once I took it to be washed, it wasnt nearly as bad as the first one though. Just curious to know if this is normal, did i not put the intake in correctly or...

FYI all headlights are new OEM Hella's.
