Clockwork is on a distinguished road
activating Halogens WITH Hi-beam bi-xenons

Hi guys. I've tried searching this forum about who may have them activated on their North American models, but not much is talked about.
I know its a Euro spec thing to have both the halogens and bi-xenon hi-beam lamps on at the same time, but I have a Canadian Spec. SO I'm hoping someone can say that some software out there (say PA Soft 1.4v) could activate it, or something else? I'd reallly love to get the halogens to be on at the same time as I drive through forrests a lot and we've got some suicidal animals up here
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
