After market Sub & Amp but using the existing wire??

Hi

My 02 x5 has DSP with factory subwoofer.

Is there a possiblity that i can use the existing set up but extend the wire so i can have an aftermarket Subwoofer + amp in the back?
Nothing special, maybe just 200watt RMS and a small Mono block to drive it.
