Sorry to bug but need help on location 4.6

I can see the .pdf for fuel filter removal. I cannot tell where that black plate is located under car? Is it in rear or side? If side then the black part along side of car has rivets that is holding said plate up? I have all bolts off. First I think its different on 4.6. Is plate in rear? I just need someone to tell me where this plate is and photos would be great. Last part to my Inspection II and its taking 2 days!
