Ok time for an update!!!

On my way to work I took my only key ( lost the good one) to the battery plus store and asked the guy if they carried the rechargeable battery and they did for $15 bucks. so I cut the damn key open and right there he desoldered the old battery and reattached a new one for an extra 1 dollar. so 16 bucks total now all i have to do is reprogram it. any how i got home and tried like 20 times to start and voila it started. finally i did not even drop the tranny pan yet to check the sensor for the gears yet. so all in all I think the issue that it comes down to is that my dead (now with new battery) still needs to be reprogrammed no matter what. Since i can not find the good key I am forced to hit the dealer tomorrow morning and order a new key. once that comes it ill use it to code the old key and keep the new one as a spare or alternate once in a while.

so some how the computer mistakenly allows the dead key to start the car even tho it shouldnt and that was my case last week which was why i was so stumped as to why it wouldnt start this week. anyhow thank you guys for the help and maybe this will help some else...thank you!!

PS: tranny feels so damn smooth WOW has not felt like this in ages!!!! I did a total rebuild except for the pistons which looked really good so did not replace them.
