roof-rails on bmw e53?

how do I mount roof rails on my e53 2004?
I got the rails, but how do Imount it? theres are no mounting hole at the roof?
Somebody?

They are there, but are covered. Search for threads on roof rails delete. Those who deleted had put covers on holes.

There are 5 holes on each side as shown in pic below.



Here is a close-up pic. If you do not have these then your came without the roof rails from factory. I don't know what the options are in that case.

I don't recommend you drill. You'll might have a wet cabin in winter Yes I'm serious!

No good. Try to stick/glue these at the top (as a decoration only - no heavy loads/ bags), but don't drill the body metal at all. Temperature changes from summer to winter will surely weaken your sealing whatever it's strength, not to mention corrosion penetrating. You don't need this at all!
