A/C problem, blower don´t work.

Can anyone help please

Here´s the problem on my 4.4i

1. If air condition turns on, I can feel the cold air at the outlet, but blower does not work. AC compressor works.
2. Checked fuses including main blower, air condition, on board control, etc. No blown fuse was found.
3. The climate control computer display works fine, ventilation on minimum or max works in the display, but no air coming out of the vents, indicators work fine, but just no blower.

From what I know, if its a blower issue, a culprit could be the final stage resistor. Here's a DIY guide found on this forum.
