Noise from front left wheel

Hey guys, the following problem occurs on my 2000 4.4.

When I accelerate from a stop I have a rattling noise, like ...hat hat hat hat..., between 10 and 25 mph. After that its gone. It just occurs when going straight.
I have already listened to the wheel bearing which would be in my opinion the most obvious, but its running quiet, when I put the car on a lift and let it run.
I have recently changed the sway bar links (is it possible they are shot again? ). Also last years one of my cv boots was torn and I had it replaced ( might the joint gotten damaged) .
Last option I could think of is the differential. What would be the proper way to see if its the differential? Oh btw, I check the fluid, its level...

Thanks for any advices or hits!
