Need help with diagnosis, coolant leak!

I've got an 03 3.0, over the past week I've noticed that when the vehicle sits over night or longer there will be about a quarter to half dollar size puddle of antifreeze on the garage floor. It's coming from the very center of the motor. At first I thought it was just a line but on closer look the drip is running down the front of the motor and dripping from the center crank pulley.

I'll do my best to post some pictures of where the drip is coming from

Any ideas on where it could be coming from? The upper and lower hoses look good and with it leaking so little and not leaking at all when its running my guess would be some type of seal

Thanks for the help
