Brake fluid every two years.
Coolant every four years. Check hoses for any that are soft or showing signs of deterioration. Replace all of them if you find any showing signs of age. Inspect CV boots for rips. I wouldn't start doing cooling system components at that mileage.

Diffs and Trans Fluid
Others will argue NO. I have changed mine 3 times now at 270000 miles. Use only the correct replacement not a equivalent. Good luck.

1. Oil and filter change. Use synthetic 5W-30 (about 8.5 quarts). OEM filter is Hengst, I believe.
2. Front differential fluid change. 3. Rear differential fluid change. Between the front and rear differentials, use a good quality synthetic 75W-90 gear oil ($14-20 per quart). It will be about 3 quarts total for the front and back. 4. Transfer case fluid change. Use genuine BMW fluid as there is no substitute, about $50/quart. You only need 1 quart. 5. Consider changing the cabin filter--about $25 from rmeuropean.com parts. 6. Change engine air filter--about $16 from rmeuropean.com 7. Drain and refill your ATF. Highly suggest you use genuine ZF Lifeguard 6 fluid. Cheapest place to get genuine fluid (~$17/quart) on the web (as of today) for your 6 speed ZF transmission (you will need 6 quarts): 6 Speed Transmission Fluid 8. Power steering fluid drain and refill. If your car steering system uses ATF, use any Dexron III compatible fluid (about $4/quart). Some X5s use Pentosin CH11S power steering fluid (the markings on the cap will tell you (either ATF or power steering fluid), so pay careful attention to that cap). My car steering fluid had never been changed, so I used the turkey baster method to slowly suck out old fluid (you can get about 300cc per cycle) and refill, drive it around for a day to mix old with new, and repeat the process. It took about 7 cycles to clear mine up--pretty dirty! Turns smoother now. 9. Coolant. As suggested above--every 4 years. Consider doing the water pump and thermostat around 100k. 10. Brake fluid. As suggested above--every 2 years. 11. Check your AC and serpentine accessory belts. Replace as needed. 12. Spark plugs. Follow manufacturer suggested schedule, which I would imagine is coming up.
