Does anybody have experience with Billyboat (B&B) exhaust?

I have B&B on my 4.4.

The quality is definitely great, although it took some serious work to make them even...The customer service was helpful none the less.

I've gone through a few different setups regarding the resonator. 1st I had an X pipe originally, which sounded OKAY, but it was seriously droning in the upper 2xxx RPM range. I also wasn't super thrilled with the tone. It sounded almost too "smooth" for lack of a better word. I guess what I mean is it sounded kind of like a deeper version of an exhaust system on a 4-cylinder- as crazy as that sounds. Just kind of ricey.

I then tried using straight pipes, but instead of just tubing I used super high flow resonators, which made the sounds MUCH butter, exactly what I was looking for on tone, however the drone was as bad as ever and it was too loud for me.

I then used had these inline flow master mufflers installed that are really small, forget what they are called, but it COMPLETELY eliminated drone (as they advertised) and made it the perfect loudness.

I like the exhaust a lot now!

No personal experience but the 993 crowd on Rennlist used to hate them for that droning.
