Took my 06 4.8is to service at bmw cause my mechanic didnt want to dig in to deep to find the issue as to why my car wobbles.
bmw charged me 500$ for a new rear tire because it was pretty bald
charge me another 250$ for the alignment.
Now if they cant get a green light after the alignment they said it is most def the control arms, and due to the impact on the back rear tire they think everything shifted over causing the problem.
He said if that is the case it might run me a couple of thousand dollars.

Wow what. Find a different mechanic. Where in NY are you. I can recommend some good ones in Brooklyn.
