Question Installed factory hitch. What to do with old parts?

I recently installed a factory hitch and have the original bumper pieces and bumper shocks leftover. Is there a need for these things, or should I just take them to a scrap metal yard? They're taking up space in my poor little shop and I need to get rid of them.

If you have no intent on removing the hitch the parts you pulled off don't have much use. Scrap them for a case of something delicious and call it a day.

Sounds like a good plan!

How much did you get, if you don't mind my asking?
