100K Service, 06 BMW X5 4.4i Sport

Hi guys,
I'm new posting, but following this site for 1 month. I bought an 06 BMW X5 4.4i Sport with about 98k miles in Los Angeles. It will be getting its 100k service soon.
I'm hoping to save some money, and try to do the easy stuff myself.
Sorry for the long post, but I don't want to mess up.
I'd leave the O2 Sensors and Gas Filter to the dealer or an Indy.

1) As for the ATF kit, I've found ecstuning.com (recommended here) has a kit-level 2 BMW E53 X5 N62 4.4l for $284.43. Includes:
Automatic transmission filter with associated hardware, Oil pan gasket
Drain plug with sealing washer, Fill plug with sealing washer, 7 liters Shell M1375.4 automatic transmission fluid.

2) For the oil change, should I get the Oil Inspection 1 Service Kit for $78.90, which has the Kengst oil filter, 9 quarts BMW high perf syn 5w-30, oil drain plug & crush washer. Or should I get the separate Mann Filter?

3) Engine Air filter, BWM $23.04 & Cabin filter BMW $40.64

4) Manual Transmission/Differential Oil SAE 75w90 Motul gear 300 for $21.51 each X 3 liters, and Rear differential drain/fill plugs $5.92 each. And XDrive Transfer Case Service kit for $66.73 (1 liter BMW xDrive transfer case oil, drain and fill plugs with washers.
I could not find front differential plugs, are they replaced at gear oil change?

5) 1/2" drive torque wrench $35.95, and 17mm allen socket 1/2" drive for fill/drain plugs for $12.95

Total $599.73including tax. Yes, I'm buying 2 tools (wrench & socket) for future maintenance).

Does this seem right? I've seen on posts that Indys do the tranny/diff/TC/& oil change for about $600. If that is the case, I may be better off going to an Indy.

Please advise,

Douglas
