Blue antifreeze from dealer ($24/GAL) mix with distilled water before pouring it in. It's about the same price as others premix antifreeze at $12/GAL at auto part stores.
There are tons of thread on oil already. Stick with dealer if you want too. I use Mobil1 5W-30 synthetic and change every 7.5k mi.

Always get BMW OEM coolant. Specially formulated for the engine. It should last 100k miles, if nothing else breaks and you have to do a new flush.
I got mine at ECS Tuning.
BMW E53 X5 N62 4.4L > Search > Coolant > ES#196290 Coolant/Antifreeze - 1 Gallon - 82141467704

For the oil, I also got BMW OEM
BMW E53 X5 N62 4.4L > Maintenance > Engine > Oil > ES#10318 5w-30 High Performance Synthetic Engine Oil - 1 Quart - 07510017866

Many here will put non OEM, but from the same oil manufacturer for BMW. I've read that BMW has specially designed their oil, and it is a bit different.
I would not mess with any other oil, even if it exceeds OEM, etc. If it's good enough for BMW, it's good enough for me.

People around these parts are right on with their information. Even quicker
is call the dealer for part numbers ect, and as some have already said don't
try going the cheap route. Always use OEM...
