Changing out Right Front Tie Rod
Seems like pretty simple. Hammer out the tie rod by the knuckle, and un-lock the steel clamps by the steering rack and unscrew the whole assembly. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. |

The tie rod assembly or just the outer tie rod end?
The procedure you described would be for just the outer end, but you should do both sides. the complete assembly includes the inner tie rod. You just need a huge wrench to unbolt the treaded inner tie rod. Sent from my SGH-i917 using Board Express |

Tools you will need.
22mm wrench for outer end 34mm for inner tie rod jack up the front end ,support it with jacks stand, steer the rack to one end as far as you can to gain more room to work on. You need to get alignment afterward . ![]()
