Air Suspension slammed
Air suspension decided to do a trick on me. After parking the car yesterday evening, I heard air leaking from behind the front tires and the front of X5 lowering. It did something like this last month but then went back to its original position. This time it will not come back. Taking it to dealer tomorrow.

I'd replace both, the other one i'm sure is not far behind. Just did mine in December after waking up to a "slammed" ride every morning.

Ehh, eventually happens if you have the air suspension. Especially the driver front, seems to always go first more often than the others.
Sorry to hear but I know you'll fix her up in no time. I'm sure you maintain your X better than most.

Christiano, slick is right. Time to change the air springs. You can eitherbuy the OEM unit complete, damper and air spring at around $900 ea. or buy replacement air springs from Arnott Industries.
