3.0d, DDE Fault: 41AA - Faulty MAP, or something linked with the DPF?

Hey there to you all! Working on my E53 is going further, not so intensive as at the beginning, but life is consuming the time for other things.
Anyway, I still have to tackle possible, both, oil and coolant leaks/consumption, but in the meantime, I need help/advice with another thing. I was looking for answers online, but none of them matched my needs.

Before I continue, it is worth mentioning that some of the previous owners have removed physically, both DPF and catalytic converter. And since returning everything back would be expensive and hard as hell (especially because you can't find a reliable person that would do that), I decided to keep it as it is.

Now, from the beginning, I have doubts that DPF was deleted from the ECU (or that this job wasn't done correctly), especially since from the beginning I'm getting 4207 error: Oxygen sensor, heater activation.
If I'm not wrong, if DPF is deleted from the ECU, this error should not pop up at all, because ECU should not see anything that has to do with DPF.
Further down the road, from time to time, I'm getting a 41AA error: Charge-air pressure sensor, which to my understanding indicates a faulty MAP sensor (see photo below).

But, before I rush and unnecessarily replace MAP (or even bother to clean it), is it possible that this happens due to the badly (or not at all) deleted DPF from the ECU, and that this error indicates the bad communication between the MAP and the DPF exhaust pressure sensor?
I'm also trying to understand what is happening before I go and call various remap guys, who can't wait to charge you for "hello."

...

P.S. Now, one more thing, at low speeds and low RPMs my car behaves kind of like it doesn't have power and the noise from the engine bay becomes too loud, as if I drive the proper car or a bus (it seems to me like the turbo starts to work much harder than it should). The turbo was freshly repaired (a few thousand kilometers ago).
My poor understanding of cars leads me to think that this happens when 41AA error pops up - but I may be mistaken. Do these readings maybe point up to something?
