Swap 19 staggered wheels to 18 for winter

I'm planning to get a set of 18 inch wheels with Michelin tires (90% thread left) and use it for the coming winter. Any one know if it is going to be straight swap or I have to do something else too?

Maybe spacers if you have flares. I think I need to get a set for my winters. My 20s are wide, the winters are like half width.

Yea, it will be a straight swap. so no worries. Spacers if you want. It will sit and look better. BTW those Michey Energy's suck in the snow. Just my experience. Almost got me killed twice.
