So after replacing all 4 oxygen sensors, the CEL never eliminated.
It still gives me Lambda Control Upstream Catalytic Converter Bank 2 and Lambda Control Downstream Catalytic Converter Bank 2.
Any thoughts?

Well, I am not an expert, but I wouldn't have replaced the four sensors except as a preventative maintenance step.

Since all four show an error message, and they are very unlikely to have all failed at the same time, I would look to what signal they require to function properly, most likely a temperature sensor. If a temperature sensor failed, you would see all the O2 sensors with a message such as you have.

Codes don't tell you what has failed most of the time, they tell you where to look to determine what has failed.

Could be ambient temperature, coolant temperature, or intake air temperature, not sure what the system relies on. A fault diagnostic tree would show it.
