Vibration While Turing: Suspension Problem

For the past week, I've checked the tire pressure to make sure everythig is even, a couple of times. The new, 2nd set of tires, are in balance, so no problem there.

Here's the problem: no vibration when going straight, but there's vibration in the steering wheel when the vehicle is moving while turning. Also, there's a sort of pulsation when the steering goes back to the on-center position.

Tie rod ends?
