Dead Battery now many problems please help

Hello everyone, last night I left the radio on for too long apparently(I'm installing a aftermarket system 2 amps/sub etc.) anyways I went to start the X and battery was dead, so I have a battery booster, I hook it up and it start it up right away, but with many issues.

-the fuel gauge is all the way down and the reserve light in on (but the tank is actually full) I fill it up yesterday morning.

-the A/C does not work and I think at one point the cluster outside temperature was reading -113 degrees (that's a good reason for the compressor not to kick in)

- the traction control light was on 4x4off I think it says but that went away this morning.

does anybody ever had this happen to your X?

is there a procedure to restore everything back (maybe disconnect the battery for a hour? or would that make it worse?

thanks in advance.
Delvi.

btw is a 2005 4.4i non sport.
