strange auto headlight problem

on evening my auto headlight turns on for about 10sec, than turns-off 15sec,than turns-on and stayes on.
Have some-one such strange problem?

so, the light sensor thinks it is dark, then it thinks, it is light, then it thinks it is dark again...strange indeed...

is the light sensor area clean? maybe some tree sap?
