how to adjust rear toe + camber ??

ok iv replace rear control arms tracking arms bottom rose joint bushes, subframe bushes now i need to set camber and tow, i see there is a bolt on the swingarm wishbone at the rear, (eccentric bolt)does this adjust the camber or toe ? i believe there is another adjustment but i cant find anything on the web , i need a discription on both adjustments and where they are and how to adjust please im taking it to a friends garage to have it set but he has never done a x5 before so any help would be very very appreciated thanks and look forward to your replies best regards to all

thanks alot pal works perfect well from what i can work out is i need a special tool to adjust rear toe thanks again for taking the time to help me pal much appreciated
