what a joke!

i just got off the fone with the pacific bmw guys
i had purchased the underide protector 51 13 0 28 856 for 499bucks with my credit card about 2-3 hrs ago. everything went ok.
they called home and left a message saying that they dont have it anymore/
they had it posted on their website.
now they are telling me that part is not available anywhere.
can anyone help
crevier is alot more expensive 900 bucks!!!!!

If the parts department operates the same way the service department does, then they suck too.

I have had nothing but excuses and trouble with the service department. Hopefully when they move into thier new facility, things will improve.

Pacific BMW has absolute 0 customer service, I bought the titanium grills almost 3 weeks ago and it has not yet been shipped...they ignore my numerous emails and now they eliminated the phone line to reach them so I just went ahead and did a chargeback...I will never again deal with them again

As for the underride guard, they're bs'ing...I called regular walk-in sales department and they told me it was in stock, probably too lazy to edit out the price as obviously they will not honor their advertised price.

You can try to see what price you can get at my local dealer here in Knoxville.......shipping might be a bit high, but they have a good parts dept.........
