Well it depends. Are there any other codes? Is it acting funny?
It would help if you had noted which motor you had. Either an I-6 3.0 or a 4.4 or 4.6. or 4.8.

Yeah the flaps might be boogered up. Normally that is the culprit of the problem.

you can try to erase the fault code first with obd2 code scanner, if the code appear again over a perion of time, you must take it to be repaired.
