Where should this fuse clip go back to?

Hi all! Need your help here!

One or two month ago, when I was trying to remove the glove box to replace the GM module, one red plastic thing dropped off from the fuse box behind the glove box. At that time, I could not figure out where this thing should be located and where this thing should be put back to, so I just put it in my glove box and ignored it.

Recently the red battery light in the instrument cluster lights up sometime and lasts for several minutes and goes off itself, and the ABS light, 4x4 light, brake light and the TPM light also lit up once several days ago and all the lights also went off one day later itself. I am think that if all the battery light and other DSC related lights lit up because of the red plastic thing in fuse box.

Can anyone of expert here give me a hint that where the red plastic clip should be put back to?

The red plastic thing, part number: 61131379583 RealOEM.com

Thanks for help!

It's a fuse puller. It clips on to the fuse box door on the back. There should be a spot for it.

I see! Thanks! So this red thing should not have anything to do with the battery light and DSC related lights, I guess.

Any ideas you experts can shed to me on the battery lights and DSC related lights?

Battery light, can be caused by failing alternator and or bad battery. Click the link in my sig and do the voltage test while the car is on. If your voltage does not stay at around 13-14v, you have a problem. The DSC and all the other stuff is probably caused by low voltage, or over voltage. Only way to find out is to monitor your voltage. Let us know.

Red clip thing, is a coincidence, and has nothing to do with anything. It is a tool to aid in pulling and inserting the fuses.
