Radio Warning When Turning On Vehicle

You all know what I'm talking about. Is there a way to turn this off? I don't need to get warned every time I turn my truck on. It's kind of annoying.

I have an 04 with nav. When I turn it on, I get a warning about fiddling with the navigation while driving. It comes on every time. It's annoying.

you have to put your Nav into Euro mode, or change the firmware from factory to customized version... or, get yourself a StealthOne device for the ValentinOne radar detector, the stealth unit has the ability to automatically shut off the "AGREE" screen...

Does yor menu screen have "TELEVISION" entry?

Not only do I get a similar dumb-ass warning in my Infiniti, it actually switches off most navigation entry functions if you are moving, (that is untill I rigged a switch in the speed sensor).

So you have to turn off the speed sensing in order to enter new coordinates and then turn it back on? That would annoy the hell out of me.

Without the switch I added, you'd have to pull over and stop driving to enter coordinates. Now THAT is a PITA. Otherwise you can only enter basic stuff like picking a pre-programmed address, (ie. take me home).

On the plus side, the NAV in my 2004 G35 puts the BMW NAV in my 2002 X5 to shame. With updated disc, even comapred to the latest 2012 NAV units, it really is very good. It only lacks live traffic, which was not available on the Infiniti untill 2005.

So basically....there's no way to turn the warning off on start up.
