According to my list, code P0444 is Evaporative Emission System Purge Control Valve Circuit Open.

Not sure where or how to fix that. Someone here might know or a bit of searching on the net might be needed.

Have you tried clearing the error? If it was an intermittent fault, this could fix "Check Engine" light. But it will come back on if it's still an issue.

Evap problems can often be caused by a loose or bad gas cap. So check that first.

But from what I hear, that purge control valve can be problematic on these cars as well.

Cleared fault and its not came back on yet, o ring on fuel filter cap looks bit cracked i'll see what light does and get a new o ring
