02 X5 "M Package"
Behold the rare "M" package for this '02 X5!
Looks like the dude got some 20"s and some paint and went nuts on the black trim, don't it? Hideous, IMHO. JV

I think that looks really clean, all it needs is for the front windows to get tinted... Also get rid of the M badge on the side!

i think it looks awesome....and the m badge is questionable.
my personal belief has always been that the "M" stands for motorsport, and if you've got BMW Motorsport parts....sure, why not. As long as you don't claim it to be something it's not, such as a 330ci saying "M" versus it saying "M3". HUGEE DIFFERENCE. In terms of the X5 however, i probably wouldn't do it...since there really are no "M" parts for it like there is a "M" bumper for a 3-series. anybody follow what im saying?

If it didn't come from the factory with the "M" installed, it ain't no "M" car IMHO.

There's the other thing. In Europe, you can actually get regular 3-series coupes (for example) with an "M" package, and it will actually COME WITH the M badge on the back from the factory.
I think if the company is gonna do it themselves, to a certain extent it is then okay for drivers to do it as well.

As a matter of fact, in Canada we have 3-series cars with "M" on them. We have the 330i M and the 330Ci M. They have the M Sport Package, which is the exact same as your ZHP in the USA.

Damn you eBay...Damn you to hell.
I was hoping that once I got out of tuning Honda's I wouldn't see people putting badges on vehicles that didn't come with them. However I have seen a rival to this MX5, a M7 BMW.
