Transmission " wheezing "

2005 4.8 Auto - 75,000 miles.
Under hard acceleration, I am getting a " whistle / wheeze " noise at each shift. Normal driving produces no noise. No other issues - runs and shifts fine, quiet, no vibrations. Is there a vent of some sort that I need to clean, or am I at the beginning of trans issues ??

Can you be a little more specific on the location of where you hear it? Is it more from the dash like from the vents? More from under the hood? Or you actually hear it from under/next to you in the console?

Maybe record it and post up?
