Open sunroof and pour club soda down the drains.

Bro, i just went through this last weekend. both driver and passenger floors were wet. Best way to clear them out is to open sunroof to expose drains. Then use an air compressor to blow them out. I found it easier to blow up from bottom cause it is hard to get good seal on top holes because of the sunroof stuff in the way. only down side is it blew water, bugs, leaves all over the place including inside my car LOL. anyway, under the doors, behind the tires, you will see a little rubber flap. open it up and you will probably see a bunch of leaves etc...thats your clog. Just blow some air up that hole and you will be fine.

I did this when I fixed my sunroof issues. I also dropped the headliner and added two whole tubes of calking to fix all the leaks I had.
