Exclamation PLEASE HELP! 2005 X5 4.8is - cranking strong - won't start...

Sorry guys...tried a search - nothing relevant.

I just changed my spark plugs today - NGK Iridium IX (from NGK Iridium). I started the car after the change - VROOM! Turned it off, washed & vacuumed her, tried to start her to move her forward, she just cranks (cranks strong, but just cranks). Occasionally feels like it will catch...but it doesn't.

What could cause this? Did I unplug something while vacuuming? Feels like the fuel is shut off. FEELING PRETTY STUPID RIGHT NOW. I am in trouble if I don't get this started tonight - PLEASE respond ASAP.

Thank you as always!!
