Music to the ears!!
Thank you for reminding me exactly why I should have chased down a 4.8! :p.

The vid sux. You should have been here. I almost had a heart-attach when it backfired. You can hear me starting to giggle at the end of the vid. lol.

And it sounds better on under load.

Just rubbing it in a bit. lol.

Maaannnnnn, There was a 4.8 sitting at the dealer the same time I got my truck. However, being completely new to the BMW/German scene and a student to which the truck was only intended to get me to an from school, the 4.8 seemed a bit....excessive. Dont get me wrong I definitely love my 3.0 for what it is, and the fact It doesnt come with some of the big repair bills that are associated with the higher end models; its just the lack of serious power and noise!

No modification to exhaust at all.

I need to get my bud to mount his gopro on my muffler somehow. Take you guys for a ride.

Yea SND I was the same was even looking for a 6MT one. Then I got a ride. I said holy shit, it has to be a 4.8, nothing less.

My wife calls me juvenile when I'm serious and grinning at the same time, listening to the music in second and third gear.

I don't use my radio at all, seriously. My music is always on, and I'm the maestro with my right foot.

Nothing better than a slightly spirited drive, where possible, after work. Just saying, this SAV doesn't disappoint.

Yea I'm about $120 a week. But I'm in city, and heavy foot. As you can probably guess.
