Valve cover gasket replacement help

Hey guys iam attempting to change both valve cover gaskets i have run into a few questions

When removing vanos motor how should it come out? With tension? I just removed the drivers side and it had force behind it.

also the dealer failed to install the oring properly which isnt a big deal

My ccv pipes have oil in them.
Diaphram looks ok but there is oil coming from mostly the drivers valve cover is there no pipe that goes onto the top of the 2 ccv caps?

I have to wait for tomaro, got to go out and buy female torx sockets

My trusty mechanic tried to put new tubes with aluminum covers on N62 while he was doing VCC but couldn't do it. Four got oily so I could only return 4 of them 30$/piece, ouch.

disconnected battery, reconnected ---> runs really strong and smooth and good idles perfect, no weird sounds drives perfect

yellow engine light still on
disconnected battery will reconnect tomorrow morning to c if the light goes away

anyone have same problem with the engine light after valve cover gasket change?
