so i just my obd2 bluetooth and downloaded free torque app from market..

so i just got this stuff.um and so far it works. i use a android phone samsung nexus s, with paid torque app $4.95 and obd2 bluetooth 39.99 on amazon. it tells me pretty much everything speed, temps, enigne load, coolant temp, airflow temp, alot of things. it also scans cars ecu and gives me erroer codes and also lets you clear service engine light. i ve got a couple erroer codes my self and looks like i need to change my fuel filter and also my MAF filter, also says my oxy level is two lean in exuhust.. so what you guys think waste of money or worth every penny?

Darn someone beat me to the punch of this app, found it on android market and read it and was really surprised still didn't buy a OBD2 to try it out yet but it seems that the app does what its suppose to from reviews.

Heres the link Torque — OBD2 Performance and Diagnostics for your Vehicle

and recommend me the OBD2! they say to use the ones recommended cause they are well made and wont break after a couple of useages

Please post the link of the bluetooth module at amazon. There are so many different kinds (mostly from China) and I want to make sure that I buy one that's proven to work. Thanks,

What is an exact name of this app? I would love it, if there is one for an iPhone.

EDIT: Sorry, I just found the link. Goes it's not for a mac.

EDIT2: I did find one for iPhone, It's called Rev. However the App itself costs 40$ and the Wifi router which is needed is about 150$... I think It's worth buying, what do you guys think?

use the same Bluetooth adapter we use with Torque. Much cheaper and should work with the iPhone app also.
