help rear rose bush joint removal

both of my rear rose bush joints have gone and the rear of my x5 is all over the place i have both rose joints but im not sure how the old ones come out and cant find anything on the web to help me, they look like they might be pressed in ? is there a tool i can buy to replace these in sitchu? anyone done this any info would be very very much appreciated

THANKS A MILLION FOR THE REPLIES CANT TELL YOU HOW MUCH THIS HAS HELPED ME, I HAVE FOUND A KIT ON EBAY A UNIVERSAL BUSH BEARING PULLER WITH ALL DIFFERANT SIZES FOR £120 NOT SURE HOW MUCH IN $ THAT IS BUT THINK I WILL GO WITH THIS AS I CANT FIND THE TOOL IN VID, THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR TIME AND RESPONSES, BEST REGARDS TIM

ok i need some more help. the kit i bought to do this job wont do it, i have found the same bush pulling tool as the one in the vid link but it says its for 5 series will this work for me ? iv looked at the rose joint bushings for the 5series and they look the same on pictures, need help asap got the x5 stripped down and i have no transport aaarrrrgggggg i can order thgepuller tomorrow and will be with me saterday but i need to make aure this will work and you chaps are the only way i can find out, hheeellpp

I think you can relax; the e53 uses the same ball joint as several other models, including the e39. Here's the RealOEM cross-reference; RealOEM.com * Part Cross-reference
While I can't say for sure that the tool you bought will work on the e53, chances are good since both models use the same part.
