Type "BMW xx xx x xxx xxx" (where x=the 11 digit BMW part nbr) into a google search box will usually give a list of vendors that sell the part.
You can find the BMW 11 digit part nbr at http://www.realoem.com/bmw/select.do or http://bmwfans.info/parts/catalog/ by entering the last 7 digits of your VIN, the click the browse button to search for the part...which should be found in the VEHICLE TRIM (main group).

ECS shouldn't have a problem getting it. It's not going to be something stocked on a regular basis, so it may take them a bit longer.
